Massimo D’Alema Attends the Chinese New Year Reception Hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce in Italy
On January 23, 2026, Massimo D’Alema, Co-Chairman of Europe-China Economic Cooperation and Development Council (ECECDC) and Former Prime Minister of Italy, attended the 2025-2026 Chinese New Year Reception hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce in Italy and delivered remarks. Liu Kan, Consul General of China in Milan, attended the event and delivered a speech. Luo Jin, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Italy, Cheng Xuan, President of the China Chamber of Commerce in Italy, and other guests also attended the event and delivered remarks.
D’Alema stated that Chinese-funded enterprises in Italy have made positive contributions to Italy’s economic development.
